Long Week

Okies, i'm not in the best of mode now. My laptop just crashed and there seemed to be something wrong with the darn keyboard as well. frustrating, my whole sem's worth of POA tutorial, the 3 pages worth of my BMGT project and the dunno how much music, i loaded onto it.

I think i'll start commenting on thursday, thursday after Macro Tutorial, i decided to go watch movie at tiong, but by the time i arrived, the timeslot all seemed so out of the way, so i decided to just browse through MJ, Comics Con and den headed home, all this while it always seem to me that since sec 3, there has been very few occasion when i would wait for pals to go home together and now it seems so much more apparent because most of my classmates dun live near me. And sometimes, sometimes it just makes me wonder, izzit because of this that somethings about me has changed. Some things are being more apparent but no matter how i wish it would happen, it doesn't seem to be taking place.

Friday was quite hectic. The nite before i msned AK and he was telling me there was some probs with the PBL2 and i was like wtf, submit is Friday lor. So i stayed wid him to do awhile, I was too frustrated to think properly. I am serious when i say this, there is feeling of anxiety and panic mixed with anguish. It was almost unbearable. I wanted to say the *uck. but i was at home. Next morning, i woke up at checked the email to see whether Ak had complete the work but no~!~!~!, so it made my alreadi rather bad morning worst. I took a cab to school cos i was late. Reach class just in time. Den after went for CATS. it was quite ok i suppose, let's just hope my Assignment 2 can push my grade up to a B/ B+. Den i decided to go home. I reached home, slack a little, den did more studying for POA. Den i went to eat subway, and i misjudged the time so i had to take the cab again. Twice a day alreadi, the POA test was manageable but tricky. Hope i'll do well. After POA test, i went to town to meet kevin and meng. i shared a cab with clara, denise and Amy. First amy alighted at Fareast to go lido, den Denise at i think Centrepoint, me at PS and den clara headed off to Bugis. After meeting, Kevin and meng, we headed to seak's house to put down the laptop den me and him chiong to SJI for NCC Nite walk, saw GQ, Jilun, Jinx Rong, Shu Wei and quite a few other peeps den. We had our nite walk at Lim Chu Kang Cemetry. Shu Wei got into SMU with my GPA, but den again, his is after 6 sems and mine is onli the first sem lar, must work hard to at least maintain. After finished walking the trail me, ant, kevin, ashley and Wuyuan took a cab back to sji den town. Ya i took 4 cab althogether ouch... den we wasted the nite away on LAN. it was quite fun lar. By the time we picked DOTA, it was like 3 plus, we had some supper den went to kevin house to rest and relac. we den left for breakfast at 6 plus den i went home.

Break From School

Okies this week really hasn't been a good week,okies there are quite a few high but the lows are starting to pile man.

First off, got my test results back, not say that well done when i did some comparing with some others lar. but okay lar. ( okies i might be setting my goals too high) but den again, i always screw tests 2 and Final Paper. Mustn't Screw again AR.

and yet i registered my First D+ for my CATS assignment, so now i oso dunno how lar, i mean it was quite demoralising, but then again, it's cats lar, not creative enuff. And Ya, i need to get something like 40 for the next project just to get a B. I mean C just looks damn bad lar. Esp CATS lor, later when boss see liao he will say wa this guys is not creative at all. Freaking gay lar. And last sem when i register a B+ for LMS i was quite pissed liao lor. But den nvm lor, i'll take it that i can't manage my life lor.

Red camp duty quite sian, cos the people i met dao me one. Nv talk to me. But talking to the ambassador is fun. Andrew is damn funny lor, sad that he going back to study liao.

Friday nite went out with the guys to play pool and i have to say, pool was crap lar, i din win a single game if i'm not wrong, the D+ was still quite fresh in my head. And kevin was like greg siao liao. trying very hard to study for WCOM,POA, MAEC now but like nothing is going in lar. Reach home damn late, and stay up damn late, doing something organizing and homework

Sat, woke up damn late, bout 11, watched a little cartoon, okies not really watching, i was like trying to use the music to make sure that i dun go back to sleep. Den decided to go watch Ray at PS. Saw Fader with his schoolmates. Ray is a damn good movie if u like biopics. But damn long lar, 3hrs. After that took a train down to Novena to buy rosary rings and did some praying. went for lunch and by then it was time to go for mass. I went for mass at Sacred Heart, den met kevin and meng afterwards to go see Chingay. Kevin needs the pics for project lar but damn hard to find good space to take pics. den i called lw to help us, he was ushering. After the chingay, we went to jostled our way through the crowd towards Paradiz to play Enfo, wahahaha damn lame lar. But nvm lar. by the time we finish, the onli bus home was 14, i took it and walked the rest of the way after alighting at tiong bahru.

Jia lat, Get Lost

Okies, I have to this five to describe my life at the moment. "Jia Lat Get lost Eh"
Basically, nothing is going fine. You know everyone has dreams, dreams that someday you'll go to this place and that and do the things you wanna do. But you know that there are many prerequiste. The most apparent or important in Singapore context paper qualifications. Because, in order to do all the thing i wanna do, i need to have the money, and unlike many other, i do not have a gold mine stashed away, so i'll need to work my ass off to get dere. But it seems that my marks are just not passing getting to that A grade. While, looking at the criteria, u can tell it's partly, individual fault and the other might i say is quite a big problem at the moment but not many is seeing it is group efforts. Sure, no one likes to do projects and stuff. But i means, it's part and parcel of life man, we're gonna have to deal with projects, assignment or wad so ever not. If everyone can do their part and not some sloppy work and say okies, it's enough liao. Why can't we just put in that intsy binsy more effort, so at the end of the day, we won't be reflecting what we did wrong, or should have done better but instead, remember how much hard work we put in to get to this grade we have. And i have to say this again. What we are learning may seem useless to many here but the truth is, everything is meaningful, maybe not now, but i'm sure it would be useful one day. Ya and i did do some calculations, How in the world am I gonna get 50 Marks / 60 Marks LEFT. Impossible lor it's Writing leh. If i even see 45 it would be a miracle. Anyway, i doubt anyone is reading dis.

Jia Lat = Problematic. In two words, i am telling you this, Right at this very moment something is not going on the way it is supposed to.

Get lost Eh= A term i began to use to try to curb my use of the rather rude but i would say vulgar word called F*Ck. Since F*ck off mean get lost. It means many things,1) I should be leaving this place, You should be leaving this place why cos you're affecting my mood( +/-)

Long Long time

It's been a very long time since i've last blog, not because i have nothing to blog but more like i too busy, tired and sometimes even too frustrated to blog.

Let's go back about a month in time to Open house. Open house was a great experience for me. On the first day, i was assigned to the NP-Clementi shuttle on the first shift and i have to say i feel so out of place, so nervous, so jittery and so frustrating, how come i just feel like i don't have that kind of presence. so it felt like the lowest point in the ambassadors. in the afternoon, i switch places with lisa and helped out at the booth, it was so much more fun for me, i tink that i just do like talking that much. Anyway the next two days was a lot of work but sure a lot of fun, i got to interact with more of the ambassador and felt better as i felt like i doing more. But that wad's drives people isn't it. Knowing how you are benefitting the group from the duties you have been doing.

the following week was study break. But somehow study breaks are not usually the time for studying but more of a time for reflecting, recuperating but i did do a little studying lar. monday went back to skool for WCOM make up tutorial den oso do WCOM project. here's the frustrating thing, i never seem to be able to get the group to do their work deligently and not leave it to the last minute. Sure if it's an individual work i am guilty of doing ting the last minute as week but, the point is, i am not the sort of people who is very forceful but more a good friend type an companion. Damnit lar, i hate being the leader.

the following was common test week. the common test were okies so i won't comment much on em. i would like to talk more on the crazy weekend i have, on friday, we spent the nite playing dota from 8 to 1130.when i reached home, i play dota once again. the next day, i woke up in the morning to go to school for the garang gunee collection drive. it was quite fun. Afterwards, me, chris and lisa headed down to the hyatt for the Principal treat at the straits kitchen. the food was great, the ambience was asian. we took a lot of photo and some how alot of the guys were dressed in black, cool huh, great minds tink alike. Terence, Keith, Altantis and i den headed down to heeren. Sorta done some window shopping, and from dere, we parted. i headed down to ps to play the arcade and den meet anthony to go for mass at Sacred Heart for mass. Mum and Dad were dere for mass as well. They wanted to go liang court afterwards to eat but there is no more food court, so they decided to go to tiong bahru. As for me and ant, we headed back to PS to have dinner den watch Flight of the Phoenix. It's not bad, but not that good either. After the movies, we headed home. Next morning, woke up to go for mass again. Was damn fun lar, chris is back after his 1.5 mth break. I wasn't feeling well so we took turn doing harmony, he would do one verse and i would do one.

the following week which is dis week, most of the stuff was e learning, and as usual got project & assignments to complete but den again my group not in the mode to do again lar. And it kinda affect my mood in the evening when i was doing some thinking, somehow a lot of the time, i feel like i'm the only person who is worried about school work and so there a elearning assignment for POA so i did it with benny instead. And so chinese new year arrived.

Tuesday had reunion dinner at uncle joe's home, and as usual the yu Sheng was damn big lar. there was 10 ppl dere but somehow the serving for yu sheng was like for 20 ppl. in the end, i was eating a lot yusheng and less of the other dishes ( yu sheng is like the main dish). Din even need to eat rice and u can feel full alreadi.
next day, went for mass, den went to uncle joe's house, Godpa and Godma din was dere. After that we went to ah gu's house and a lot of my niece and nephews were dere. Roxanne damn cute keep playing with me. den after that, Clara came and play as well. All the older kids were like glued to the tv. Sianzation. after that went to tua yi's house den played a little mahjong and watched them play more mahjong. After that rachel and roxanne, Ryan, rena, came oso. So was more or less playing with em and melvin and melody. Sis kept saying Jasper was so cute. And i was thinking that Jareld look like jack jack ( the incredibles lolz).

Friday, went to school for CATS, den afterwards went to meet the gang to go to ant's home, we lamed around for awhile den headed to town to meet alex and we went to play lan. Headquarters was damn pack, so we went to netspiel to play, Den ant and alex became members dere. We are all now D member except henry who got his membership in toa payoh.We played two round of Dota den went home.

Saturday, went to ang's home. Den me and gerard left to go to toa payoh. suppose to go for mass but in the end didn't. After that, i met kevin and henry to go vist gareth's house, dere we played mai luck and watched soccer. Boon Keng pro man, doing cross-stitch. the "proiest" ting is he barely done and he has until monday to complete. After that we went home by Nel, Kevin stop at dhoby, Boon Keng at outram and i at harbourfront. From harbourfront i took a long walk home, 30 mins, i was thinking and singing some songs. cos the road was damn empty and there was no one in sight. We were talking about poly and jc and stuff.

And the way home, i came up with this, Sure, you can take a different round, it may be faster, it may be slower, it may be harder, it may be easier but at the end of it all, we reach the same destination. At the end of the day, wad we will rmb is not whether we got dere or not, but rather how we got there. the process. the way of life.
